FIRST PERFECT GAME FOR BROWN

Dual Lanes Youth Tenpin Bowler Jordan Brown rolled his first perfect 300 game while bowling in the Annette Belella Top 10 Average Invitational Scholarship Youth Tournament. Brown put together games of 235, 300, 189, 243 & 214 for a five-game total of 1181, a 236 average to win the boys division of the tournament. For the perfect game, Jordan will receive a plaque from Dual Lanes and an award from the United States Bowling Congress.



FIRST PERFECT GAME FOR TORREY

Billie Jo Torrey rolled her first perfect 300 game while bowling in the Flying Feathers Mixed Tenpin League. The perfect game came between games of 216 & 213  for a 729 set. For her effort, Billie Jo will receive a plaque and $175.00 from Dual Lanes…$100.00 for the perfect game, $50.00 for the 700+ set & $25.00 for bowling 104 pins over her 196 average. She will also receive recognition from the Franklin County Bowling Association and the United States Bowling Congress.



CAREER HIGH FOR SNYDER

Wesley Snyder bowling in the Richard Pentz Men’s Tenpin League rolled games of 232, 255 & 279 for his career high set of 766. For bowling 150+ pins over his 205 average, Wesley will receive a $25.00 Dual Lanes House Award.



BACK-TO-BACK PERFECT GAMES / CAREER HIGH SET FOR COLEMAN

Larry Coleman bowling in the Flying Feathers Mixed Tenpin League rolled 28 consecutive strikes that included two perfect 300 games to start the evening, his second & third perfect games of the season at Dual Lanes and finished with 33 out of a possible 36 strikes and a 266 game for his career high set of 866. The set tied the third highest in the history of Dual Lanes. (Billy Johnson 875 – Gary Smith 867 – Jeff Spencer 866). Coleman joins John Summers, Bob Violet, Todd Smith & Patrick Shifler as the only bowlers to have rolled back-to-back perfect games in league play. Dylan Reed rolled back-to-back perfect games in a scratch doubles tournament. Other bowlers to have rolled two perfect games in a set during league play are Brad Carvelli, Aaron Davis & Tim Winston. For his effort, Larry will receive a plaque and $75.00 from Dual Lanes…$50.00 for an 800 set & $25.00 for bowling 150+ pins over his 224 average for set. He will also receive recognition from the Franklin County Bowling Association and the United States Bowling Congress.
